Website navigation difficulty

For a program that is supposed to help alieve stress, anxiety, anger, etc, etc ad nauseum, the website seems oddly difficult to navigate. There is entirely too much guesswork in trying to find or do things, with odd verbage. I was trying to add a signature, which theoretically and logically should be under the 'Edit Profile' button, but alas, it is not. I looked at the site map, which seems a rather disorganized jumble of links, but couldn't find what I wanted. Very shortly thereafter, my patience ran out and I quit trying to find what I needed.

You are not alone. I just joined the website. It can be is overwhelming at times. Don't give up. I'm just learning my way around. Any advice in navigating through this website would help.
