New to program

I just started session 1. I work alot!!! feeling like I need more time. Has anyone just started the program?

I'm getting ready to start session 1 and I too am feeling like I need more time. I've never done very well when it comes to making "myself" a priority and putting "my" needs first!

Hi, Im glad to talk to someone starting session 1. I suffer from panic attacks & agoraphobia. I never put myself first. But I'm sure going to give my all with this program!!!! I've suffered way to long!!!! Let me know how your making out!!

I am glad to find people that are just starting the program. I am on week 2. I suffer from generalized anxiety and panic attacks. I have always been horrible at taking time myself. As a working mother, I often feel guilty if I take time to myself when I get home since I have not seen them all day. I really need to work on the guilt trips I give myself. I am my worst critic.
