Canadians??& Where from??

Just wondered if there were other canadians and where you were from. I am a 29 year old mother of 3 small children from Manitoba. I have seen other canadian addresses but would like to see who's "who" kind of thing.

I'm near Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Been fighting anxiety for about 10 yrs now.

Palpitations, bridge phobia and slight depression.

I'm from Saskatchewan. I had a major panic attack in January and have had a lot of anxiety ever since. I've had a lot of depression over the years too, especially after my kids were born, in particular, my daughter. I'm in Toronto. It's been 1 1/2 years since I started getting anxiety, and I can't stress enough how much it sucks!

Hi Chantal

I live in Vancouver, BC, and have been 'living' with anxiety all my life. My first panic attack was at 22 and for years after that I was practically housebound. I know that this program is the way for me and I hope that it helps you and everyone else whose life it touches <IMG SRC="http://bbs.stresscenter.com/ubb/smile.gif"> (I love these smiley faces!!)
