I started the program this Monday and I've really enjoyed not only the intro videos but the relaxation tape. I'm following what Lucinda is asking for..daily journal writing...using positive affirmations,etc.. I feel very hopeful reading a little about CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), I know that it can work with practice. I would really enjoy have a buddy that is starting the program also. We can kind of be our support system online. Anyone interested??

We're all here to be your buddy. You might also find it useful to check out the July 2009 forums, since that's the place where other people who have just started the program are posting (for some reason August isn't open yet). You get there by clicking on the Peer Support menu at the top of the screen. On the next screen, select "Jul" from the Peer to Peer section.
