Is it normal to have anxiety/nervousness when thinking about proposing to gf?

Sometimes think about it too much and I get anxiety and think negative things. But I try to think positive and re-confirm it.

Of course it is! You're about to make a big, life-changing commitment, so it's completely natural to be nervous and have doubts. But, if you know in your heart that this is the right decision, then anxiety be damned! Enjoy it. This is one of the most wonderful and exciting things in life. Congratulations in advance!

Oh yea it is. I proposed less the a year ago and I had a lot of anxiety. I think people who do not suffer with anxiety still feel anxiety when proposing. It is a huge step in anyones life so of course you will feel anxious. But believe me it goes away until all the wedding planning takes place then you just feel overwhelmed....but enjoy it because it is a fun process.
