I am new to this board and just ordered the program. My problem is I feel very scared all the time. I feel as if everyone is looking at me. If I am having a conversation with someone I have a hard time keeping eye contact because I think they will see right through me for the fraud/weirdo that I am. I am fairly successful in my career am educated and have a wonderful family. I have had times where I have functioned well and others when I feel like crap. Have been on prozac for 1 yr now. I am at my wits end with this. I am constantly wondering what people are thinking or that I am not good enough which in turn turns into anxiety. I was in an interview and was asked a question and I just froze. Will this program help me? My wife is losing it because she can't help me!

Hey there Mr. Tanke.

#1 - You are NOT weird or a fraud.
#2 - Anxiety makes ALL of us feel scared all the time. That's where this program comes in!
#3 - You are constantly wondering what people are thinking? So are most of us. We are people pleasers and want everyone to think the best of us. That is the cause of a great deal of our anxiety!
#4 - YES this program will help you. Dig in to it and you'll realize that YOU have the control over this. You are NOT a powerless victim.
#5 - Your wife should be proud that you found this program. You have taken the first step to anxiety-free life.

I just started today and think maybe we are all scared. and I beleive that's why we are here to understand are fears, deal with them and learn to be happy

I am so proud of you guys for joining. I am on week 5 and learning so very much about how I look at things and the negative ways I have talked myself into or out of things for a long time. Its about learning how to make new habits in a positive light. And it is not some hocus pocus or hypnosis or subliminal stuff at all. Its just learning to relax and enjoy living in the here and now and letting your mind and body in on your new habits so they will have peace too..haha
