Negative self talk, oh yes, do it as soon as I open my eyes in the morning.

Knowing that my kids struggle with anxiety makes me worry so very much about them. I want to avoid waking them up so I don't have to see anxious signs in them. Sounds terrible I know.

How do I make this negative thought a positive one?

I'm assuming you have the program since you're posting on here so here is a positive thought: You're not perfect now and yes you and your children have anxiety BUT you are actively working on getting better. By doing the program you will not only help yourself but be able to help your children overcome anxiety.

P.S. If you're children are school age have them listen to the program too!

I totally agree with the replies, share your knowledge with anoyone who has what we all have and help them go through it. It is better going through it in a group then alone.

Good Luck
