i know believe me. i can identify with the feelings of being overwhelmed by all this,and i know its east for anyone to say relax and take it easy, but were anxious people thats why we are here, give yourself a break, do it slowly, and use the breathing tools, so far thats worked well for me, im on day 10, and moving maybe a little too fast, today i got overwhelmed, journals tapes exercises, i wanted too scream, but i took a breath, did the exercises and it passed, remember it always passes.my wife has been great with all this allowing me time and all, and i started feeling i have 10 days in, im gonna do the relaxation tapes, and use the tools, but im not going crazy with it this weekend, im gonna try too enjoy life with my wife, who has been there through all my episodes, and you know what, keep going with it, but go easy, and you will enjoy life also, thats what this thing is all about, getting our lives back, i also dont want to over do it with the program and burn out on it, and then say ive had and be back too sqare one, thats what i do, i have anger, ocd issues, its normal too get overwhelmed, so give yourself a break,im gonna give myself one too, dont we deserve it, keep posting.
