Ricky,
Yes- about two weeks ago I had these very sensations. I finally went to the doctor last week and he diagnosed me with labyrinthitus; an inner ear inflammation brought on by a virus I must have had. Sometimes extreme stress can bring it on too. In any case, I limited my activities to be close to home for a few days until the symptoms went away. There's no meds to take for it- you just have to wait it out. You should see your doctor though and have it checked out. Yes, the tilting feeling I felt was vertigo and it is disturbing, increasing your anxiety. Light bothered me and I even used a cane to walk with just to steady myself. But a week later I am over it thankfully!

Wow, I thought I was the only one who experienced this! I get it every once in a while and when it happens, it scares the crap out of me. This one particular time, I was standing talking with three people around our cubicles at work. This "tilting" feeling came over me so bad to the point where I felt like I was falling over and I actually put my arm up and braced myself on the cubicle wall. I thought for sure I was going down! Well the feeling passed in a matter of seconds and when I looked at the people I was talking to, they didn't even miss a beat of their conversation. This meant I wasn't falling over or tilting or whatever because they would have noticed! It's all a mind/body trick that is just toooo weird and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
Hang in there Ricky, ur not alone

I'm not sure I understand the term "tilts" but I have had "migraine auras" for the past 3 years at least. In fact I had one again today. I get what I call "pixillations" where I see geometrical shapes in my field of vision, almost like flashing lighted shapes in this geometrical pattern. It's like an attack that can last from a few minutes to half an hour or so.
It seems to happen when I am dehydrated and consuming too much coffee and sugar, which I did today.

I have had that years ago and then it stopped for about 3 years now and then this past week I got it a couple times..I always tell my husband I have those sparkles in my eyes again..I always say its like sparkling little squares..My brother got them a couple times and a friend of his said he thought they were "eye migranes"..I was so surprised to see your description..exactly what I have been trying to describe. They last for me from about 10-15 minutes..then it gets smaller and smaller and then its gone. No pain, no headache just like square glitter in a half moon area..I fell better knowing someone other than my brother and I has experienced this. thanks
