I am wondering if anyone has experience sore muscles? I think it's from the fact that I am now relaxing with the relaxation CD, and normally I am always on.

Everyday. I almost hate stopping because the soreness almost goes beyond just being uncomfortable and becomes painful. I used to take OTC pain relievers - tylenol, advil, etc. - but they eventually stopped working and the ibuprofen really messed with my digestive tract. So, now, since I'm still afraid of anything stronger than the two above, I just breathe through it. Tibetan style prayer bowl sounds help me to relax. Add that to a hot bath or shower and some epsom salts with lemon grass/sage or lavender essential oils and it helps. I've been getting massages both professionally and my husband or daughters will massage my legs or arms or neck/shoulders. Good luck and let me know if you find something else.

Baili is right on.Massages really, really help. I try to get one once a week,at the health club that I belong to.They are vey beneficial. Not only do they help with soreness, but from what I have been told they help the brain secrete some sort of chemical that aids in relaxation. They are also great for circulation.
