I've been having this obsession for the past couple of months that I'll stop breathing. Which leads into panic attacks. I obsess over my breathing 24/7 does anyone else do this? It is very scary.
My latest number one fear is similar, it is hyperventilating and then not being able to breathe. If you try to make yourself not breathe by holding your breath, you will find it is impossible, your body won't let you.
