Anyway, has anybody ever tried this? Or the Purecalm and Mindsoothe. I'm thinking about it, I have never taken prescription drugs and would like to try the natural route...of course afraid of side effects
Has anybody tried Agorafear Relief?

Boohoo, I'm back! I was anxiety free thanks to this program for about 2 years (even flew DRUGFREE to Germany, 9 hour flight and back) and felt great...until about 3 weeks ago, when it hit me with full force! Oh well, so I'm back, I'll be okay, I'll just try again. I did quit smoking about 1 and a half months ago and somebody told me that could be part of the reason.

I just received the Agorafear Relief, Mindsoothe and Purecalm today...I will keep you posted. The good news is that I actually know why I'm having some of these symptoms, I have bad allergies and my sinuses are clogged hence I felt the dizzy spells which of course in my case lead to a panic attack. I noticed this going on the last few days because our weather is extremely humid and hot with thunderclouds looming and that's when I have these severe headaches that then turn into dizzy spells...anyway I will still take these supplements because even though I'm feeling a bit better mentally I know I always have that underlying problem...
