getting a child started

My 12yr old is very suggestible. My concern is in her watching the videos, she may begin to take on the problems of the others she is listening to.
Anyone experience this, any suggestions?

if she is showing signs of anxiety or depression let her see them
i am 17 now but my panic and anxiety started at 12 and i wished someone would have showed me this program then, i went years not knowing what i was going through and feeling like i was just to weak and that's why i had panic attacks
i don't think she will mimic the problems of others but you no her best, good luck
