Just having a really hard time concentrating today and I feel really spacy....any tips on how to combat this during the day? It makes me feel so detached and unreal....

I know how you feel. I feel like that much of the time myself. I know it is not easy and can be VERY scary but I'll tell you what helps me sometimes:
- Unreality feelings ARE anxiety...they can not exist without some acute anxiety to begin with. There is no such thing as people having these symptoms without an anxiety disorder. Don't read any more into than that.
- They don't get any worse. This is as bad as they get and you have always made it before. Trust yourself to deal with it.
- Remember you don't look as bad as you feel. Other people can not see your feelings. They are not judging you.

labourg...Allow your spaciness to hang around...Do not allow it to frighten you...Accept it as a part of you...This will lessen it's life-span...You may want to try to observe this feeling...Remember, this is just an uncomfortable feeling caused by anxiety, and our feelings cannot hurt us in any way....
Say to yourself...This will pass...I am healthy, safe, secure, and I have a healthy mind...Trust your body and your mind...Embrace this feeling...observe it..
Look at this negative feeling as a learning experience...You can learn something from each and every feeling you have...You just need to observe and allow this feeling time to pass...
