How do I not explode in anger?

My mother is in the hospital. She has serious health issues.

How do I prevent myself from exploding in anger at my sister and brother if I see them? My sister and I have had a falling out and I doubt it will ever be fixed. My brother has always been an ignorant person who always tried to press my buttons.

I can't afford to react in anger forever. I don't want to let that happen.

Just don't do it, songwriter.

Just stop giving it so much importance.
Just let it go!!!!!

Songwriter, my youngest brother is dying.
It is a slow process. I sat with him for 6 hours today.

Just take my word for it that the battles between siblings aren't worth it.

My word , man, be the first to forgive and make effort for peace. Life is so very short.

Let the other guy "win" for once.
We don't have to be right.

Do away with those 'buttons' and try love for a change.

Just let it go.

We all die sometime. what are we fighting about anyway?
Just think about it. Okay??

Yes, Cornflower I am very sorry about your brother. You have given me excellent advice.

Last night, before I read this message, I thought what a gift it would be to my mother if me and my siblings, (all of us), showed us that we forgave each other! That would be the best gift we could give her! You see, my mother is also dying. She is 87 and not doing well.

SongWriter...Is it possible that you and your siblings could get together and discuss this, since, I also agree that this is the very best gift you could ever give your mother????

I am sooo sorry to hear about your mother being so ill!!!
