I have something that is helping with the ups and downs...practicing gratitude when I am feeling anxious (thankful for my family, friends, the day etc). Occasionally, I have no anxiety at all. Other days mild anxiety and other days full blown anxiety attacks. Any suggestions to get things to even out a bit??
Marinapark...It sounds like you are using your "positive self" talk more on some days, than on other days!!!
You may also be going through episodes of stress!!! When we are stressed, we need to focus even more on the "positive self talk" and listen to the relaxation tape...
We know that when we think positive thoughts, then, we reap the benefits...
I bet you are going in between those positive and negative thoughts...Some days "positive thinking" and other days "negative thinking"
Try to balance it out, by taking excellent care of yourself in other areas, as well!!!
For instance, we know that most of us are "hypersensitive" to caffeine. If you are drinking caffeine or eating sugar, then, you can only expect to be more anxious at those times!!!
Surround your self with positivity...
Continue practicing the "art of gratefulness"...
Wishing you the best....
