Afte a great few week of doing the the program, today I feel internal anxiety symptoms. I am into week four of the program and I have tried to identify posible extenal stressors but I really can not identify any. Just work up this morning feeling "out of sorts" and trembling in stomach and legs. I am continue to positive self-talk and just tell myself to go with it but it has me really confused.

Could use some advice and guidance. Thanks so much.

I know exactly how you feel Carole. I've been having the same exact symptoms, especially when I wake up in the mornings.

Mine is like an inner nervousness that sticks with me most of the day & on a level of 1-10 (with 1 being just a little anxious to 10 being a full blown panic) I am usually in between a 3 and a 6. I've tried to figure out why my nervous feelings exist & cannot! There's no 'external' anxiety that's causing my internal anxiety.
I'd also like to get information, advice, guidance, etc... on this subject.
Thank You for this post Carole, if you receive valuable info, please pass it on to me. Thank you again ~ Tracy (cracie_fl@yahoo.com)

I understand this type of anxiety and after 40+ years of dealing with anxious symptoms I've come to understand that it's simply the nature of the disorder. I stopped asking myself "What was I just thinking?" Nothing comes along for me. I now say, I understand this about myself. I get on with my day and the feeling leaves as quickly as it occurred.

It's our nature to analyze but there comes a time when it is in our best interest not to do that anymore. Once again acceptance is the key. When we do this, the feelings become so minimal that we scarcely notice them. They are nothing to be afraid of. They won't hurt you. Accept this and move on.

Thank you Boon, for your wonderful insight. I hope in the near future that I will be able to just accept & move on.

I've tried it many, many times but the inner nervousness just doesn't seem to go away at times. I often wake up and go to bed with the same inner feelings.

Thank you again & I'm looking forward to be anxiety free!

TNL - Please remember that it is not about being anxiety-free. It is about accepting what you are experiencing and knowing that you can handle it. You will have peace with that and you'll find that anxiety is less and less, and more tolerable to deal with. You will no longer fear it. That 's where you want to be.
