Hey girl!!

You will do just fine!! Do not set urself up!! Just because the 39483 times its happened..doesnt mean it will happen the..39484 time lol....

I know its easier said than doneTRUST ME i know....But just think of how great you will feel afterwards..keep thinking of the positive rewards...

Also..if you do happen to freak out...O WELL! It happens!! Then move on.

I think a huge problem...we all have as suffers is the need to hold on to everything..every feeling..every emotion..every scare. My therapist one day looked at me after I was freaking out and said..let it go

I hated hearing it soo bad...but thats what we gotta do let it go!!

So let go of those feelings..let go of being scared and just GO for it

You know you have been doing great(I KNOW YOU HAVE!!) and it will keep on progressing!!

Much love like always!
xoxo

Hey!How have you been?I hope all is well!I did it!!!I went to my appt.I was freaking out but did not run from it!She said that everything looked good but now I just have to wait for the results of my blood work.I agree with you when you say that we hold onto every emotion and feeling.I do anyway.Yes I'm still making good progress. It's a battle but well worth it.You take care and God bless!!!

Fear not-good for u , u did it.That is awesome and u should be proud of yourself.. Have u ever considered just telling the Dr that you have anxiety during your visits. After all, you are in the right place. Might help u relax if the Dr knows u have anxiety. God Bless
