Jen, KJ & Wisconsin -- I have prayed & will pray desperately for you to have peace & comfort in your hearts. This condition is very difficult at times & as I know from experience, it feels like it will drain every ounce of life out of you.
The human weakness is unbearable and undesirable, but we ALL are children of God & through him we can have strength!
*Anything is Possible through Christ who Strengthens us!*
It's very hard to remember when you are feeling so physically ill, but He will give us strength if we really want it & if we pray for it.
Salvation is Ours for the taking, but he never said it would be easy!

**I will go right now & pray for all 3 of you again - please pray for me as well** ~ Thank you!

All of you are right, God is good! I have experienced anxiety for many years but recently after having surgery, a son moving out and my mom with cancer all of the feelings started coming back. I realized that I had been ignoring God during all of my worrying. I've now turned to God for strength and a few weeks ago on one of my lowest days I was riding in the car with my daughter and she shouted "look at that cloud!" I looked up and there was a perfectly shaped angel cloud! I just cried because I knew at that moment as low as I feel, God is still with me. The bible says that he will never forsake nor leave you. It also says I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I will pray for all of you daily. Please do the same for me!

Hi everyone, I was just reading some of the comments posted lately. I was reading in James chapter 1 today. Verses 2-8 really spoke to me and also verse 12. The whole book of James is really good, everytime I read it I get a little more. Hope this is helpful to someone. Blessings to all of my new brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus,
Mary

Reading each of your comments is really encouraging! I'm trying to find the balance
of believing in myself and trusting God. Sometimes it seems to go against each other!
One thought I had about this is--since He made each of us He is so happy about us and wants us
to be be happy about ourselves. He gets the glory! I'm so thankful for this program; I feel like I'm being freed up from all this negative stuff hanging from me. God bless you all--know that God really, really loves you. Have Faith

Hi all,
I'm sorry to change this topic for a minute here but for some reason I can't seem to find where to start a new topic and I really could use a little support right now.
My husband died Monday from a massive heart attack Monday, no warning at all and I'm just trying to hold it all together.

Dear Cindylou:
I am so terribly sorry about your loss!
I was glad to see your name come up and so sad then about your loss.
May our God comfort you now!

Just remember to feel your grief, to take baby steps thru' it. One hour at a time.
My thoughts are with you!
I lost my husband 24 years ago. And I still don't really know what to say, just that you have my deepest empathy.
I'm praying for you. May the Lord strengthen you and keep you.

Cindaylou, So sorry to hear about your husband. O lost my husband a little over a year ago and it is hard, but do as others have said and take baby steps one hour and one day at a time. May you find renewed strength in the Lord and feel His peace over you. God is so good and He will never let you down. He loves you very much and sometimes that is hard to remember when we are going through loss and grief, but remember we are going through, because God is right there with us.
Much love prayers and sympathy,
Mary
