You do know that you should not be drinking several glasses of winewhen taking sleeping pills, right? Not a good combo at all! Alcohol increases anxiety and depression also.
So far as the pulsation in your tummy... well, it could be a number of things, but I would get it checked out! How old are you?

I had this problem before with my stomach pulsing and throbing. It started after a prolong period of bad eating habits and hardly any exercise.
The problem only stopped once I started drinking more water and less sweet drinks, eating more wholemeal/fruits/vegetables and 30-45 minutes of exercise (walking) each and every day - to strengthen and relax my muscles.
It can also be a symptom of anxiety.
I have not had this problem for over a year.

I have had this problem also, but I don't really let it worry me, I have had it happen as long as 20 years ago, it is only periodically and I just had it happen pretty good about a week ago. It just happens that my anxiety is high these last two months. Could be some link. I wouldn't worry too much about it. What weird symptoms anxiety can produce do to our minds!
i've also been having stomach problems. This is the area where i have weight gain and it's so embarrassing due to i look like i'm pregnant and i'm not. I notice my stomach gets swollen, larger when anxiety kicks in and i'm in great deal of pain and usually i just distract myself and because of this (stomach is swollen) I can't wear clothes that I want to wear because of my stomach and afraid someone will ask when i'm due when I'm not even pregnant-which by the way happened in the past. so I cover up and it seems to depress me.
Swelling of the stomach, digestive problems (IBS) and high acidity can all be symptoms of food intolerance, which also frequently can cause anxiety and depression.
When I eat right, all my anxiety symptoms disappear. I'm taking the course to get out of anxiety thinking patterns and to get rid of anticipatory anxiety - but I know that I can be anxiety-free and full of energy on the right diet.
