We've all seen it before...the little mouse on his little wheel..round and round he goes..faster and faster...we laugh, wondering, when will he ever stop!
I know we've been given this analogy before, but do we truly apply it to our own anxieties?
All he has to do is jump off of that endless circle. STOP STOP STOP!!!!
We do this to ourselves..it's no one else's fault but our own!
breath, relax, enjoy the moment, laugh and laugh some more. Appreciate lifes simple pleasures.
Life can be difficult, no doubt, it hands us some rough deals HOWEVER, our attitudes dictate the outcome.. think about that...our A-T-T-I-T-U-D-E dictates the outcome. Let me remind you of my friend(I posted this a couple months ago) who lost her husband(they have three children and foster two more) and continues to have a good outlook in life...if she can deal with this type of set back, what do I have to be anxious about???
It's been Me THIS WHOLE TIME! can't blame it on anyone but myself! I have kept myself all bound up with fear, anxiety and depression. I must STOP blaming and START living...
Peace~
"round and round we go"
"O God, you are my God. Earnestly I seek you;my soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you, in a dry and weary land where there is no water. I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory. Because your love is BETTER than life,my lips will glorify you. I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name, I will lift up my hands." Psalms 63
