Hi, I have had so much self-doubt in this area... I am currently taking Klonopin (a sedative), but in the process of weaning off. I also take 5-HTP, a supplement, and additional magnesium and calcium.
I have tried anti-depressents for my anxiety and wound up with more issues than I had in the first place...this is beatable with this program and your determination.

I used to be on meds but not anymore. I used the Tea forms from cbt but I understand it is a similar approach to Lucinda's. You can do it without meds too!

You can RECOVER from anxiety without medication - it is very possible with the right understanding - understanding replaces bewilderment. E-mail me at michaelck1996-email@yahoo.ca and I'll tell exactly you how to start your journey to recovery. I'm recovering without meds for the first time in my life because I've finally had my condition explained to me on a human (not clinical) level, after MANY YEARS of searching for answers. The cure really does lie within and once you have it, you take your cure with you (inside you) wherever you go.

Hi,
I was wondering if someone can tell me
about the personal coaching program?
It's expensive and I am considering it
because I am not doing well with the
depression and anxiety.
My e-mail is bearshenan@yahoo.com
Thank you,
Silvia

Hi Charity, Tea forms are the main exercise in the book by CBT book by Sam Obitz. Tea forms stand for Thought, Error, Analysis. You write the Anxiety causing thoughts down then identify which thinking errors the anxiety causing thoughts contain and then you analyze the thoughts and counter them with a more rational and objective thought. It seems to basic to work, but they really can transform the way you think and react to things. It's amazing how much I have changed for the better already. CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I hope this answers your questions.

I would like to tell mimigirl and all of you who are not using meds and doing this program, that for me you are ALL awsome. I am new into the program, 2 days and I am doing this program as an answer to a prayer to God for help. I don't want to be on meds; which I am and have been for 15 yrs!! I am sick of being in limbo. You are all very inspiring to me, because if you can deall without meds; then i know i can too.
God Bless all of you and thank you.

Hi Mimigirl,

I am considering the coaching program, but
am hesitating because of the price.

Is it going well? Does it help?

Thank you,
Silvia
