Hi guys,

As some of you may know... I flew to L.A. this week to film a testimonial for the Combatting Stress and Depression Program Program!

It was truly an amazing experience for me. I am so grateful and happy I found this program. It has changed my life tremendously!

If any of you out there feel like, it's too much work, or you can't do it.. THINK AGAIN!

I was where you were. I felt those feelings, scary obsessive thoughts, panic attakcs, constanst nagging feeling that something bad was going to happen.

Well here I am 3 years later, RECOVERED!!!!
What does that mean?

It means I am no longer experiencing panic attacks, obsessive scary thoughts (no longer reacting to them because every one has some from time to time), worrying constantly, and I practice living in the moment much more often now. (That is a toughie, but it is something I am working on and that is OK.)

I decided I really wanted to help out and give back to StressCenter and Lucinda by doing this testimonial. It was an amazing experience for me!! I even got to meet her and fellow ex-anxiety sufferers and made a new friend, Kim!

I had a blast filming and it was all from my heart and MY story! Those commercials you see, they are REAL people with the same types of symptoms and problems you HAVE. You are NOT alone!!!
SO many people suffer with this in silence and you do not have to!!!

Lucinda is a truly inspirational person! Meeting her was fantastic. We got to sit and talk and we even shared some lunch together. If anyone is genuine, compassionate, and walks the talk, it is Lucinda.

No matter what you read out there, the negative things about her, her story, or her program. DO not BELIEVE it for a second.

She truly cares about helping and saving people.. Do the program and do not hesistate to get it if you don't already have it.
I want you all to feel the FREEDOM I feel.. These are LIFE skills that you will learn and always have and will use throughout your life.

If I learned one thing from talking with Lucinda yesterday, it is this.. You will always be thrown curveballs in life. It is up to you whether you want to crawl into a ball and suffer or get up, face it, and LIVE your LIFE and take it back!!!

Good luck to all of you.
Lisa D.

I am so encouraged byt your story. I too feel like it's too much work. I say it, think, it but I'm making progress because I am taking action now. I am on week 2. Any tips would be helpful. Thanks and congrats

What I hear you all saying is that you know it is hard work, but you are all TAKING ACTION!
That is AWESOME and you should just be excited about that.

Terrrym79- I would just say be patient with yourself and your progress in this program. There is no time limit, that says when you will be over this. That is GOOD NEWS! I remember wanting so bad to just be done with it once and for all. But, I had to learn that the hard way. THings that are worth more, especially piece of mind from anxiety, stress, and depression, take more time and much more work. THat is ok. All I can say is keep being positive, be gentle and compassionate with yourself, and the results will come. COuld be sooner rather than later, or vice versa, but either way, they will come. Keep up the good work. Your doing just fine.

Kevin Shay- I'm glad I could give you the kick in the butt you needed =)
There is just one thing I need to say. I am not at all in any way, raining on your parade, but don't expect to be "Recovered" in a few weeks. You may be and more power to you. I am just saying this because one of the things you learn in the program is to lower your expectations. This is a learning process, and it takes time. Like I said before I went through the program three times! I am now where I really want to be.
It took hard work, patience and more practice than I could even begin to explain. But I'm there. Everyone is different and you may be there in a few weeks! I am just saying this because if your not, then please do not beat yourself up. You will however, feel much better than you do now, that I can attest to.

Boon- thanks girl!! It was a blast. Lucinda is such an amazing person! Really is. We sat down and talked like old friends. It was an experience I will never ever forget. The filming was really cool too!! I filmed in the same building where they film House.
It was so fun! I will let you know when it airs...

Good luck to all of you and have a good weekend!!!

Thank you for your post. I am just beginning the program, and needed a little encouragement.

I look forward to a time when my obsessive-anxious thoughts no longer rule my world.
