update: Everyday is a struggle. but I have to look at it as one more day without that horrible medicine that was probably causing my condition to get this bad. Today I had moments of hope, where I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm still in the tunnel, but I'm praying my way through. Thank you for your prayers...keep them coming. I found a new Ob/gyn that my psychiatrist recommended. She said that he sends his patients to her when they have anxiety/depression issues during pregnancy and that he has spoken to her on the phone on several ocassions. This gives me hope that he would be a better fit for me. I have an appt. on Friday. I"m doing the relaxation tape everyday but I would like some variety, the same tape over and over gets annoying. Any suggestions?

I ordersed a couple for insomnia.
You can chose the ones you think you'd like.
There are several sites listed.
And other on here may have some favorites they can tell you about.
You probably need several to get your thru'.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I have prayed for you earlier even thought I did not post. Aside from a relaxation CD that has breathing and other body exercises, I was thinking of some CD's that I have found helpful to me in the past. Especially while falling to sleep. These are called "Scripture Meditations"
There is the original and two others that I know of referred to as Vol. 2 and Vol. 3. They consist of a variety of orchestral melodeys with a variety of scriptures(KJV) being read by a husband and wife taking turns. They have a good quality sound. They are made by SMS (Sacred Music Services) http://www.smsrecordings.com/c-4-instrumental.aspx

hi Tookie... i am praying right now and will continue to pray as you walk through this part of your Life in HIM... HE answers according to the very BEST for you, and often our trials are only there to make us stronger so that HE will draw others to HIMSELF as we share the victories we've experienced in this life... i've struggled with depression and anxiety and worry and i know ... it can get pretty dark at times... but GOD IS FAITHFUL ... HE will not leave you alone to deal with this, but will HIMSELF be right there inside you to guide you through the power of HIS HOLY SPIRIT... to comfort and guide and just LOVE on you... you really CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS YOU... i pray tomorrow will be a much better day for you as you see things improving (even if it is little by little)... great things are accomplished this way...
