There is a lot of stuff going on in my life right now. I am not surprised to be freaking out but what to do.
Lost everything, became homeless, living with family in hometown.
Dental work in progress but have to wait for more money to finish partially done tooth.
Just found out there are cysts on my breast and need an ultrasound.
I am worried about doing harm to myself after spending most of last night shaking, hot flashes, upset stomach.
My husband is terrific but he is facing his own challenges and is suffering stomach aches lately.
I am going to pop of one more thing lands on my plate.

Dear Marshmellowgirl,
I am soooo sorry you are going through so much negativity.

Have you watch a Typical Panic Attack. You need to realize that you are far from alone. There are a lot of people who are totally stressed, and live in a constant state of panic.

There are many things in this life, that, we absolutely have no control over. We just have to "Let Go and Let God"....

I think you need to question yourself about your attitude towards life. Make sure you replace those negative thoughts with more positive realistic thoughts, even, if this means placing a rubber band on your wrist and flicking it, every time you catch yourself thinking a negative thought!!!

Try to remain in the moment, and make the very most of those moments. Focus on the things you do have control over, and take action.

Ask yourself, "What can I do right now, to make myself feel better?" If there is something you can do, then do it...

Challenge those negative thoughts. You are not your thoughts, you are your actions...

Continue doing the program...Listen to the relaxation CD. Take a warm soothing bath. Go for that nature walk. Read. Listen to soothing music. Try and make your life sooo full of positive things, that you do not have the time to think about the negative things, which are going on in your life, right now....

Nothing is ever as bad as it seems...Accept those feelings, allow time for them to pass...

May you be blessed with a Great Day!!!

Thanks Ms. Bones,

You are consistently offering insight for us who have lost the basics.

It has never been so stressful or anxious for me before.

I admire all those here and elsewhere who have beaten back this problem.

The tapes have been lost and I am not sure what to do about that.

I am reading Panic to Power from the library for help. And it has helped but not like the tapes do.

Marshmellow, are they any way you could just order the tapes, right now??? And, maybe get the program, later???

I truly pray that you can. If not, then, please continue reading all the postings, they will give you a lot of insight on how to help your self!!!

Again, I am soooo sorry about your losses!!!

I pray things get better for you....Remember, nothing is ever as bad as it seems...God Bless
