Morning Boost!!!
Hi T-sis,
I am so proud of you. You're very courageous, to come and share this and a talking testimonial to the effectiveness of the program. You've come along way baby, now you're walking; opps, should have said drivin, ridin finger print of God.
I always knew you were. You are an inspiration to many folks here. God bless you, and your hubby for his kindness to his friend and for his inspiration to get you to take a chance on life outside the box. The Lord is not done with you yet, "in fact He's just gettin started."

Thank you Ms.T Bones, I want to tell you that I feel encourage when I read your postings, I feel so spacey and disconected that I think I am going crazy, I am so scared. I just want to come out of this nightmare and be myself again.
I afraid that I might loose my mind and not know anybody or not know where I am at. Are these symptoms of anxiety too.?

Thanks Bub for the kind words!!! May God Bless You!!! You are quite an inspiration, yourself!!!
Valeria...You are not going crazy...I had those spacey feelings for 21 years, and I am totally sane!!!!
There is nothing to fear!!!! You are doing this to yourself by thinking those negative thoughts. Replace those thoughts with more positive realistic ones. You can place a rubber band on your wrist and flip it, every time you find yourself thinking that negative thought, place a stop sign in your mind's eye...Replace with a positive thought...Something that makes you feel warm, safe, comforted, secure and healthy!!!!!
You are scaring your own self!!!!! Yes, being afraid of losing your mind is a very unrealistic thought. It isn't going to happen!!!!
I was agoraphobic for 21 years of my life, and I never lost one ounce of my sanity. I lived in a constant panic attack, accompanied by depression!!!
You are just going to have to trust me on this one...You will Never Go Crazy from anxiety or panic attacks!!!!
So do not give that thought any weight, at all...God Bless!!!
