Interesting. I am remembering how I felt when I would decide to go out by myself for a 'tostada' at Taco Bell after my sessions with my psychiatrist. I felt so relieved to be able to finish the meal and go on with my job hunting or whatever. Also, there is the humorous side of it all.... :) You guys are the most active forum online right now, so thought I would share about panic attacks.

I thought that I would post this one again, since, many of you may not have gotten the chance to watch this....A Typical Panic Attack...Just click on the link posted above, and you will find out what really is going on in your body when these sensations appear.

Hopefully, this will help you understand, that you are not going crazy, having a heart attack or dying.

You are doing all of these things to your own self. In other words, you are the one scaring yourself by the thoughts you are entertaining, and by doing so, you are bringing on the panic attacks....

This video really explains everything that goes on when you are having a panic attack It could not have been more accurate
