Hi all, I'm sorry, really, where is the topic? Where is intelligent, respectful, insightful conversation, and how does this apply to anxiety disorder, social anxiety, depression or where we are at in the program? I''m not here to convince anyone of anything, nor should anyone else. I'm just looking for useful information on overcoming anxiety and civil conversation with some people who are trying to get well and are empathic and caring. This thread has "lost that loving feeling", so I'm moving on. It has become a thread for passive-aggressives and angry aggressives. So sorry spowers, you called it from the beginning.

It took me awhile to post because I felt that I needed to be in PRAYER about this one! One must be very careful to be sure that we act out of love and respect for EVERYONE! I was saddened by which the direction of this thread turned.

" "Never give what is holy to dogs or throw your pearls before pigs. Otherwise, they will trample them with their feet and then turn around and attack you."
Mark 6:11
"11 And if any place will not welcome you or listen to you, shake the dust off your feet when you leave, as a testimony against them."

Do you ever say anything Robin that isn't from the bible? Did God not give you a mind of your own to think with? Christians quote the bible because it's all they know. Mans brainwashing. As far as speaking out of love, that is simply not true. Love did not and does not continue to bring you back to these types of discussions. Anger, fear and a need to control everyone Else's belief does. Lets be honest here.

As for my other friends, here, including Gman...They are wonderful people!!!! And, I think you are soooo jealous of each and every one of God's children. No need to be..Seek Him and ask Him to forgive you of your sins. You need Him in your life...That is soooo obvious...
You can attack me all you like, but, when you begin attacking the rest of my brothers and sisters in the Lord and don't ever seem to stop, then, I have to step in.
These are the dearest, kindest, loving people you could ever meet...It is not any of them you hate...It is just our Jesus...Well, guess what??? We refuse to stop serving Him for you or anyone else!!!!
I can't believe how much you hate your own Creator!!!! The One that gives you every breath of air you breathe. Remember, someday, you will stand before Him on Judgment Day, and give account for these things that you have done here on this earth...
And I truly pray that it will not...but, if you don't give your life to Him and ask Him to forgive you of your sins then, I am sure that what we have spoken to you about Him will be rehearsed in your mind throughout the rest of eternity....God Bless You Lauren!!!1

You ever consider that people may just have a deeper understanding about life, God and his universe? I just saw CNN News. Do you realize the worlds population of Christians has dropped by 10%? Not just here in the stated but the world in general? Evangelists are the cause per CNN. Mainstream society is coming more educated. Their believe in God has not differed, just the hypocrocy in religion.
