Hello. I just started the program today. Any tips from anyone on how to stay focused on staying with the program? I think once I start feeling a little better I might stop doing the lessons and loose focus. I really want to get all I can.

Congratulations on starting! Sometimes it can be overwhelming feeling you have to do so much every day. If you can just do a little bit each day it really helps. If you feel you need to spend more time on a session, do it! Be patient with yourself and the program. Good luck!

That is awesome you just started. I completed the program about a year ago, and it really helped me. I also take medication because I feel like I cannot conquer anxiety with this alone. I still get on this forum a couple times a week and it is EXTREMELY helpful. Some weeks I didn't feel like I needed to listen to the tapes as often as they said, and some weeks I listened to it more. Just do what you feel is right for you and you can always turn to help from us!

Kandy - Welcome! I started the program last June after dealing with my anxiety twenty some years. I was worried that I would not be able to stay focused, but I did. As you listen to the cds, do the workbook and the relaxation cd, you will notice that you are changing. Your focus will be on yourself and the positive changes you are about to make. Just work at your own pace and do what is comfortable for you. You will be amazed by the changes you are about to go through. :)

Wow Anna. Thanks. It helps so much to have someone who knows what I'm going through say they will be there if I need to talk.
