I take a cheapo multivitamin/mineral supplement -- Centrum to be exact -- and I started feeling MUCH better about a month or so after I started taking them. What I noticed was that the chronic lightheadedness went away.
I don't know anything about Good Day vitamins so I can't comment specifically about them.
Has anyone used and/or are using the Good Day Vitamins?

I have to agree with you. I am also bipolar, and even though I have panic anxiety disorder also, this whole thing hasn't helped me much. I have worked up to session 13, and will finish the program, but with bipolar, it's just not the same. I don't know about you, but I'm on meds, and i have to take them There are alot of other bipolars here trying the program also. we're not alone. BTW have you been to ourbipolar.com, it's a good site. take care,Originally posted by EDWYER:
I bought the tapes, and I have clinical bi-polar/depression/anxiety. They did nothing for me.

I was taking this product for a while and now I stopped. The product wa ok but I don't need to feel as if I am in another world. That's how this product makes you feel. It does have side affects and now I am experiencing them. They may not be a drug but the combination works like a drug. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I shop at iherb.com amino acids feed the brain and body with vitamins. I like GABA, DAME amino acids that relax the body and help you rest. I work road construction and walk at least 400 to 500 miles a summer. I work 12 to 15 hour days, up at 4am and in bed after 10pm. If you think you can keep up with me I can get ya a job.
