Just yesterday the guy that I have been seeing for 7 months told me it isn't going to work out and that we should stop talking I freaked out I didn't know what to do I was soooooo sad and all my depressed feeling shooted up! I sat in my car for hours just crying took too many anxiety pills and was put in the hospital! I know we are supposed to handle sad feelings but with my depression then this I don't know how to handle all this I am so down on life, myself I need advice!

Hello Ashyp,
First of all I’m thinking that you are way too good for him & that you are probably better off with out him. I know it hurts now & probably will for awhile. There are a lot of nice guys out there & I’m sure one of them will find you or you find him. Life must & will go on. In your member profile you stated your interest as “hanging out and going out with friends. Dancing running” then that is what you should do. Go dancing, go for a run to clear your mind, go out with your best friend or friends & talk to them and confide in them, that’s what friends are for, to help each other. When I’m sad, depressed or down on life I will talk to my best friend & she does the same with me if she needs someone to lean on. You will feel much better, trust me.

Thank you so much for your advice and I am doing just that! Its just so hard to deal with right now being this depressed! I guess also because being with him made me feel at peace most of the time and now that he is gone i feel like where am I going to go for peace? ;(

Peace is within you! Get comfortable, relax all your muscles, close your eyes & think of a happy place, put images of beautiful things in your mind. Listen to the singing birds, the wind, and the rain, look up in the night sky & see all the twinkling stars. Any or all of these things can be peaceful if you let them, at least they are to me. Just try it ashyp you might be surprised how peaceful it can be. Now turn that frown in to a smile :)

That is awsome advice!! I think it will help me also. Possitive reasurance(spelling??) always helps. ashyp, lets both do this and hope to see good changes. We can get through this together.

Thank you all for your positive advice! Just now I closed my eyes pictured me in happy places in the rain which I love in front of the duck pond at my college and it really did help! I am feeling alot better and this positive self talk does help!
