"It doesn't matter how tough we are. Trauma always leaves a scar. It follows us home, it changes our lives. Trauma messes everybody up. All that pain and the fear, and the crap. Maybe going through all that is what keeps us moving foward, it pushes us. Maybe we have to get a little messed up before we can step up."

- Grey's Anatomy

One day - a minute, an hour, a week, a month,or even a year(s) from now, we will all be able to step up and live an anxiety free and happy life.

I started tearing up when I read that.
I'm so overly emotional right now and having trouble believing in myself or anything for that matter, and just hearing/seeing that someone, even a complete stranger say they believe in me, it really hits me.

Thank you.
