I truly believe that listening to inspirational music, and watching inspirational videos helped me a lot in overcoming anxiety and depression...

I have also found that the Joyce Myers videos have enriched my "Spiritual Walk" with the Lord....

I have been feeling that "inner peace" a whole lot, lately....The kind of inner peace you feel when you totally leave everything in God's hands...I have found the more you "pursue" peace; the faster you will find it...The "inner peace" that I am talking about is the kind that comes from the Lord...A great peace felt inside one's soul...

Whenever doubts come into my mind; I just say,"I trust in you Jesus, and I am leaving this in your hands." This has helped me so much...Just wanted to share this with you...

I also want everyone who comes into this forum to know that I love them...I wish each and every one of them; the very best this world has got to offer!!!!!!

We may not see eye-to-eye on everything, but, that is okay...We are each and every one of us "unique" in our own way. We were all made in the image of God. We all have that one in common, and we have all suffered from depression, panic/anxiety attacks...
God Bless....

I have a series by Joyce Meyers called "Me and My Big Mouth" it is phenomenal and great paired up with the A A & D program. It is all about negative talk, fear and murmuring. I highly recommend it!

Ms. T Bones, thank you for such and inspiring post! And you are ABSOLUTELY right! That "inner peace" or "peace that passes all understanding" is what I so desire! No matter what circumstance I am in. To feel "content in all curcumstances" as Paul put it! That is the true meaning of "resting in God". Life will never be perfect, in fact it's just the opposite, isn't it? However, when we surrender to the will of God, we obtain assurance and promise..ahhhhhhhhhhh what an AWESOME God we have!

God bless you, my friend..I LOVE YOU TOO :D and I certainly appreciate all your imput here. Keep up the God given gift you have in your writings! Good job ;)

"O God, you are my God. Earnestly I seek you;my soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you, in a dry and weary land where there is no water. I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory. Because your love is BETTER than life,my lips will glorify you. I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name, I will lift up my hands." Psalms 63
