Group praying?

Welcome Sandy. I will be praying for you. I'll also put you to work right away praying for me. I hate to be a pain in the butt about our house problems again but it makes me sorry we ever built this house. There's been one thing after another testing our patience. We've had a stink like sewer smell in the house. They said there's smoke downstairs (fumes, whatever) now they have to tear out part of the wall in the back bedroom and of course my attitude is not good so please pray for wisdom for these guys fixing it (then we'll need the drywaller out here again)..it never ends. Also pray for hubby and I to endure all this and have a better attitude. Lord, CHANGE ME!

Barb G I was listening to a Joyce Meyer CD yesterday, about the power of prayer, "The Mistary of Prayer" She talked about all that came against her when she was groing her ministry, the cancer, and other femail problems. sounded so much like me. any way; as she prayed one day God mentioned witchcraft, and she began to rebuke, and cast down any curse that had come against her, and she freed her life from the "one thing affter another syndrome" you mentioned.
Well I thought of all the nasty things my X-son-inlaw had lied about me, and his mother. at the time I was hurt and could not believe the lies my friends told me no one who knew us would believe them either, not to let it bother me, but they came to my mind when she was talking about how others can curse you with their words. and how we should aply the blod of Christ to our lives, and bounce those curses back to those who are doing them. She mentioned that there people payed to follow evangalists and to curse them, so many times this happens to them, but we too need to watch and keep our Shield of Faith up and cover our lives, finances, families, relationships. HOUSES, with the blod of Christ and protect it from the evil one who goes around seeking those he can devour, those people are just following their feelings when they speak curse words toward you. God is our defender, and He will protect us.

I pray for you Barb G, and cover you and your loved ones with the blod of Christ, I cover your house, and all it's problems, with the blod. let no curs remain, that has been cast at you, in anger, or frustration. (I am reminded of my first computer my husband cursed it every time he sat down to it and it was a problem all the time. One eavening I sat there praying and I was reminded to take off the curses, and I did and never had a problem with it again untill the malinium took it out and that lasted untill 2001). Dear God, in the precious powerfull name of Jesus Christ, I place Barb, her family, her finances, her house, her health! under the Blood of Jesus, for you corection, and protection. Amen

Thanks for the prayers cheri. Must have worked. The smell is gone. There's 2 big squares in the wall cut out now that will need drywall but the drywaller was supposed to get out here anyway.

Recovering, I'm not sure what you're talking about for l0pm prayer. Do you mean on the chat for Fri. nights? It's 7pm my time (central).You can come on this thread and pray anytime day or night. You can write the name of people and pray for them daily. God bless you.

Hi to all of you. I want to thank all of you so much for your prayers & support. I truly felt them this morning while waiting to have surgery. I kept my heart & mind focused on Jesus & could really feel Him with me. I didn't even have all those extra heart beats while waiting to go into the operating room. I give Jesus all the glory & thank Him for loving me & being with me. I thank Him for all of you & your faithfulness in praying.
Also I was suppose to have a breast biospy on Mon. the 17th. But my doctor said today to reschedule it. So I will be having the breast biospy on thur. Sept. 27th at 9:30am.
Thank you again for your prayer support. My prayers are with all of you too......deb.

Congratulations Deborah, I am so glad everything went well for you. I am not surprised that your Doc wanted to wait a little to let your body adjust a bit from this surgery. I feel like all will go well with you.

the Attitude of Grttitude, means we Believe what ever happens, is from God. and that it is All Good for Us in God's ultiment plan. I am getting better at believeing "God is good ALL the time" and I am doing better not worrying, than I even emagined I would. Right now things could look real upsetting in the way I used to look at things. I haven't heard from my husband since I left him at his friends a week ago. I got a head cold I can trace back to shaking hands with a boy going with my husband, to the top of a mountain, in Montanna. There is a forest fire in Montana. The hired hand is out of money nearly 2 weeks early, as his wife is ill. They are so bad with money, their creditors are starting to call me. The news is telling me to call my Cenator, that the world is teetering on the edge of disaster, if I don't stop the next vote! a year ago, I would be in tears, and worrying my head off. about it All. but now, although I do have a head cold, and pergaps my body isn't falling in line. but my emotions, are not ruening my life. I am resting, drinking liquids, and taking care of me! believeing my husband is in the hands of God, as is the USA, and what will be, will be. I Trust in the Lord!! I pray we can all Trust in the Lord, and live each day as if all is well. in the Precious Name of Jesus. Amen

It has been a week, since I have seen or heard from my husband. a part of me knowes he is hunting on a mountain top, witch he loves, and isn't thinking of me at all.

another part in my heart is broken because he isn't thinking of me at all. I miss him, but I can't think why? I am making that old list; "If he loves me wear is the proof". He should be home some time tomarrow. I should be excited, I should be baking, I should be, but I am miserable with this head cold I picked up on Sun. morning.

I wish I took out my anxiety, by over working, instead of over eating. I have plenty to do. my perfectionistic personality, just can't come up with wear to start, and exactly how to do it. Seems like I work on a need to get it done yesterday, routine. I just slept 6 hours, and I am exhosted, just thinking of how far behind I am.

Obviously not my up day.

Well I have been praying that I can praise the Lord in all things. Today I am finding it hard, this is a growing PAIN. I don't feel like careing, I feel abandoned, used, waisted. I will change this, my son and daughter in-law just sent me a new CD of gosple music, i will put that on, and praise the Lord in song and, go out and make some OJ with extra vitamine C. have a hot breakfast, and start cleaning. up and baking, and doing all the things I know my husband would like me to be doing. even if I have to do them in tears, I Will Rejoice and be Glad! and it will change,
I am wakeing up at 4;am
it is a cool time and I don't have to worry about waking my husband up, I can put on music, and start my day when ever I want to. Gettin all those tears out has cleared my head some. my Doc. tells me I need to cry more, and today I am doing that! This is a good day, Thank you Father for your faithrullness. God Bless us all today, keep us in your Loveing care. in Jesus precious name Amen

Hi Cfe. I'm sorry to hear your feeling blue. I know how you feel, I've been there and I want you to know that I'm praying for you and yours. I had computer problems lately, but I'm up and posting again, and think of you all even when I'm unable to post. It's theraputic to cry and keep with the program too.
