I the last week or 2 I have been having these weird urges in my arms and legs. It feel like they are going to start moving on their own. after awhile of feeling that they become tingly. You know that pins and needles feeling. i keep telling myself its nothing to be afraid of and its just my anxiety but it terrifies me every time. Does anyone else get these sensations? if so, how do you deal with it?

Hi Robin,

I had RLS and still do I do get those tingling things down my leg I don't think this serious it does go away. But if it bothers you so much not knowing why haven't you asked your GP and see if he thinks further testing is needed. I just ignore and keep on trucking. If you want more inform on RLS you might just put RLS into the search field this is the most recent thread:

Chill out, it's not serious.

That really sounds like RLS. Which is annoying but not at all harmful. I've had it for years and I get the same feelings your describing all the time.

I also have restless legs.
You could have RLS, you should talk to your doctor about it and see if maybe he'd like for you to undergo some tests for it or anything like that. They have meds out there for it that you can take and that should help if it is getting in the way of things like sleep, etc.
