I am currently working on sessions 7 and 8 again. I should be done with the program by now, but I have repeated several sessions and just quit all together for a few weeks. I had a few extra things going on, so I fell behind. When I first started working on session 7 I felt like I was getting nowhere. I am now going back to having frequent "mild" anxiety. Has this happened to anyone else and what have you done for it?

Hi Babbers,

I just want to say that YES, probably a lot of people have altered the ideal recovery schedule, I know I have gone ahead a little, then lagged a little. I feel as though it is hard for me to concentrate sometimes, so I don't finish all of the tasks or look ahead for info that really interests me. I have tried to limit that, but it has caused me to repeat certain lessons in order to get back on track...
