I carry a lot of tension in my neck & between my shoulder pain. Also have a back injury. Any suggestions on coping with isolation?

Kimberly, Do you find you have more stress because of your isolation?? I also battle with isolation issues... Do you use the relaxation tape?? When I do use it I can't believe how much I really DON'T relax!!! I'm always here if you need an ear too! Tysmom (Angie)

i have had the same feelings in my left arm for years i thought several times the i was having a heart attack are had a brain tumor but it all came down to anxiety

Hi Rev.Christopher, I'm thinking it right now!!! Have you ever had the left leg thing? My dad died of a brain tumor and it's always on my mind.... I've had 2 ct scans and one mri, but just feel that they may have missed something. It's so crazy...
