Coming off lexapro??
I,ve been on lexapro for six months and felt the whole time that it made me more fatigued. Started at 10 went to 20 after a month and didn't notice much of a change in my mood. I'm beginning to relize that I'm not the only one going through having some anxiety and mild depression. I'm just more sensative and obsessed with it. My goal is to put my new skills to work for me and beat this. With the spring around the corner I already feel better. I'm down to taking 10 mg every other day for two weeks. This friday will be my last pill. My head feels a little scrambled and more forgetful then ever but I know it's cause I'm coming off meds. I have a positive outlook about being med free.
I was on lexapro for six weeks.I quit cold turkey because of the side effect it gave me(decreased libido).I was told not to quit cold turkey because of the withdrawal symptoms after i had already quit.I did feel a little weird but once it was out of my system i felt good. You will be back to 100 percent in no time
Yea I noticed a little bit of a difference.Nothing bothered me while i was on it.I couldn't tell a difference in myself until i was on it for 2 weeks. It does a good job for anxiety though.I felt really good for a while after i got off of it but then the depression and anxiety returned after a big motorcycle wreck.I am on celexa 10mg now and it hasn't affected my libido at all.I notice a little bit of dizziness sometimes though. The lexapro only gave me a little bit of a dizzy feeling when i first started it and the decreased libido.
