scary thoughts
During the program I learned that scary thoughts are a way of dealing (or avoiding) with what's really bothering you. When I get this way, I go for a walk or listen to the relaxation tape. I'll fill by mp3 player with positive tunes and slip the headphones on and just close my eyes and listen. Works for me !
have this problem i can talk my self out of doing anything. feel that if i go out that i might have a panic attack. but thinking positive is the deal i know that sometimes its hard but manofmusic said just listen to your relaxation tape or some good music. what helps my is a good laugh so i like to watch the comedy channel
