Hey there - you're having a lot of physical symptoms and I've been where you are so I know exactly how you're feeling.
I can tell you that if you work through the program - start changing those negative thoughts into more positive, comforting thoughts and...this is very important...do the relaxation tape at least 1x if not 2x a day and get some exercise - a walk for a few minutes a day will do...I promise it gets better.
There's an alarm going off in your body and it's saying "danger danger" and your body is experiencing all these symptoms because at some point your mind was thinking irrational thoughts and you scared your body into thinking it is in danger. You need to start telling your mind that there is no danger, start doing relaxation techniques, and your body will catch up.
It takes time. I was having terrible physical symptoms and I was almost completely agoraphobic just a few weeks ago. The body symptoms have slowly dissipated. You need to work at it and start sending your body a different message "I am safe...I am fine".
You can take back control of your life and remember to be kind to yourself. We've all been there, it just takes time and patience.
I hope you're feeling better soon and God Bless.
