I ask because I'm actually also a therapist. My field is Shiatsu therapy and part of my training is western pathology but also chinese medicine as well.

I'm sorry that you are suffering alot of these conditions. This must be very trying at times for you. I can understand why you were refered alot, that is an extremely high blood pressure and it can get dangerous with any kind of therapy weather it is manual or medication.

I do not like people suffering so if I may suggest something to help your body and the immune system, look into blood pH and alkaline type diet. I'm not saying to completely shift around your diet but making even minor changes can at least bring down the blood pressure and the anxiety. I've noticed great results and the theory makes alot of sense to me, maybe it can help you too :)

Oh and I'm big into 80s songs. My favorate band is Tears for Fears. Maybe the rocker thing would be accurate than.

Hi Ninja,

Thanks for your interest. I am aware of striving to have better ph levels (7.6) I think that would be nice. I test the ph level in my drinking water and that is what it is in my home. Did you know that using magnets can help you to have better ph levels? I seldom have upset stomach because I believe I have a fairly good ph level. If I do get one, (upset stomach)i have a set of rolling magnets that I use. The magnets are also helpful in relaxing the nervous system, and dilating the blood vessels. Whenever, I got a strange fluttering, or racing heart beat or any pain, I would rub those magnets in those areas and they would help me a lot. However, the damage I had seemed like I didn't get much help, but then I know that they must have helped and the situation could have been much worse.

I also believe in acupuncture, and chiropractic adjustments. I am now getting acupuncture treatment to help me. I think I mentioned that I have to stay away from the NSAIDS, so this is what I have to do.

My favorite 80's group: Foreigner and I can do a lot of their songs. I've been waiting for a girl like you, I want to know what love is, She's Urgent, Head Games, I don't want to live without you. I used to go to Karaoke and sing these songs to my girl, who is now my wife. I even had groupees. LOL That was so much fun, but that was yesterday. Opps another foreigner title.

As soon as I get more relief, I might be able to move to Tai Chi and then maybe water aerobics. Believe me, I know a lot of what I need to do, I am just not able to do a lot of the things that I need to do. But I am working on it.

I appreciate your sensitivity and your suggestions. Do not change these aspects about yourself. You are a very good person, and God will richly bless and reward you for all of your kindnesses, and your thoughtfulness.

Hugs,

When i talk about pH levels i'm not just talking about dealing with acute symptoms like nervousness, stomach aches and such. I mean like more chronic things. If these magnets help you with acute things that is great, keep using them but wouldn't it be great if you could tackle the situation completely? Will quick fixes do this?

Neways, I do not want to push anything onto anybody else but at the same time, I don't like seeing people suffer. Your body's immune system I would imagine would have to work really hard to heal itself after those accidents and the anxiety and such. Why not support it as best you can? There have been so many people who have overcome even cancer by eatting more alkaline and less acidic foods. Couldn't this help your conditions too? It is possible to heal from those things, I've seen one particular condition start to reverse that doctors have said will only get worse and there isn't anything that can be done. It was very similar to MS.

Ok, I'm starting to feel really pushy so I'm gunna stop. but at least just check it out, please.

As for the music...Foreigner is alright...I've actually forgotten about that song waiting for a girl like you, definately gatta download that one. Singstar has I want to know what love is, I sing it every once in awhile although it does get a bit difficult when it gets a little up there in pitch.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for all your concern. Is there specific foods that I can eat to help me along those lines. I am game to try anything that will not make the situation with my heart.

BTW, I am trying to cut down my cut here, because it seems that my blood pressure is rising to prior level. This morning it was 168/110, but the good thing was that my pulse rate was 62. Because, I worry about people here.

Don't worry, I don't think you are being pushy. I think you are very empathetic and just want to share something that I may benefit from. If you have a link you want to share that might be a good starting point.

I agree I wanna know what love is, gets tough. I do not sing it in his 1st tenor range. I am not Mr. Perry. No way. I am a Baritone, and I will sing the song in my range and if I have to, I'll bend the pitch my way and make it sound good. I like waiting for a girl like you, but my favorite is: I don't want to live without you, that is definitely doable. I have a Joe ****er type raspy voice, and the ending is very easy for me. Happy downloads and enjoy.

TC and Hugs,

Raw food cookbooks are a good source, I'm actually incorporating more of these alkaline foods into my diet right now actually. Tony Robbins suggests drinking like 1 Litre of a Green drink (you know those powdered things you get at a health food store), snacking on cucumber or celery or zucchini...you could also look into Green smoothes (I know a great Blueberry-bannana green smoothe sooo good) oh and one of my favs is a raw coconut celery soup.

I don't know too many websites off hand but you could google alkaline foods, raw foods, green smoothes, green drinks or something along those lines would give you more information.

I understand the having to cut down on time here, I have to do this frequently too. Some days it can actually bring me more down.

I believe i might be tenor actually, my range just isn't as high as it was before i hit puberty. That's what i wanna do, I'm going to download some singing lessons and practice.
