I didn't mean to say it's only worth $5. I meant that anything one sells en masse, even if it is for a small amount, really adds up and would solve a lot of people's financial problems if they could do that. I, unfortunately, have no such product to offer.

Right now I'm not sure I am able to put the effort into it as you are all saying I must. I can barely concentrate on anything. I used to like to work su doku puzzles and cannot even do that right now. So maybe it is not for me.

Only you know if you are ready to make the commitment or not! How bad do you want to get the anxiety under control thus be able to have a clearer mind about what is going on in your life and try to deal with it one issue at a time. Just take some time and think about what it is your really want. Hope this helps keep in touch.

Hi Sherrybaby, welcome to he Combatting Stress and Depression Program site. You can talk to someone from StressCenter, and make payment plans. I did that, and they took out $34.95 a month for 12 months.
I saw one of the programs on Ebay, it was a complete set for $85.00 buy now, plus $15.00 shipping. It is the cassette tapes, and VHS tapes. The program is the same, I bought the program last year from StressCenter. I have the program on cassette tape also, I bought it on Ebay. The cassette tape is from year 1998, the set I bought last year is the same as the 1998 year, so nothing has change on the tapes. I say this to say, if you buy it on ebay, you are getting the same thing.
On ebay, you can ask the person who has the item for sell, if it has all tapes, VHS tapes, book, and carry-along-cards. You will get it cheaper on Ebay, if you buy the cassette tapes, instead of the CD's. I have seen it sold on Ebay for $50.00 or less, plus shipping.
I'm sorry if this is long, I understand about fiancial problems. Ebay, might be the way to go.

Also, if you feel you don't have the energy to go through the program now, still come on and read the messages that are posted. It will help you see, you are not alone on this journey. The people here are very nice.

dont be sorry for being all over the place I am always all over the place in these forums...as far as the husband....what a total waste of your time! I would have NEVER paid my husbands ex wifes debt thats her fault not mine....Second I am not trying to be rude at all and please dont take this the wrong way, but it sounds like maybe you were being dependent on him in the begging? or he was using you? it seems like he has used you for all you've got...and I am sooo glad I have learned all about guys using women early in life, as I am only 22 but this doesnt seem fair to you at all...

I really think you should try the program it will really help you to get back up on your feet and give you the strength you need to just get away from that loser, it never feels good to be cheated on, but it looks like it was the best thing that could have happend because now you can finally have another chance at your own life!

hi there sherrybaby, well you certainly have had a rough trot with life, however the best thing about it, is that it is all in the past and you are here now and you and only you can change things for yourself. let the past go change you way of looking at things and start a new life for yourself, i have only started the program at the beginning of the year, and i believe it is a good program it is up to me to do the work. if you think something is a scam then it is, if you think something is good then it is, it's all up to you so give yourself a chance at a new life and start looking at how you are doing things in your life and accept resonsibilty for yourself and forget the past and believe in the beautiful witty person that is truly you........

get started and keep checking into the forums as there is a wonderful group of people all willing to help and assist you in all ways

I do hope by now you have decided to keep the program. it will be such a great help to you. I also know that when you are going through a divorce it makes the panic and anxiety worse.been there and done that.get a chance read my profile and you will see wht I went through and how I came out on top.
62 is a good age.63 in march the Lord willing.beleive me its not the end of the world.you will come out on top stronger and be ok.hang in there and there are alot of good people out there to help you when you need them.take care and God Bless.

hey sorry to hear about your situation. an above ocmment says you can get it on ebay thats a big help right there. i too am a little negative when it comes tot his program.. my psychologist told me its basically an organized package of all the things people need to do with anxiety.. s it does work but can be done on your own also. the reason its a good idea for people with anxiety is because its organized and yes i feel the same way once you stop you will feel bad again but this is something you will have forever you can always come talk to people on here and once you feel down again you pick up your cds. but the idea behind it is to change your way of thinking which should ultimately work permantly for the most part and when you go through a rouch time again like losing a loved one for example you take out your program and help yourself through it. im very negative but ive been battling this since i was a kid im now 25 and i bought the program a year ago and now im finally willing to stick to it. its not easy its a lot of work on your part and i myself hope tha i can do it cause i cant live this way anymore. god luck!

sherrybaby, just want to let you know I'm on session 4 of the program. I've been really working hard to do everything in the program. After 5 weeks doing this, I overheard my wife telling a friend what a difference she has seen in my attitudes and how I talk about things. I used to be very negative and depressive to talk to. The proof is in the pudding. I've not really seen all the improvement myself, probably because I'm with myself 24/7, but when people around me comment on the changes they see after only 4 sessions I can say this program is not a scam. I plan to keep working the program until completed, I believe it will continue to make a huge difference in my life, very much worth the cost, much cheaper than many years of misery, panic attacks and the resulting depression. Give yourself to the program and get well. I've spent thousands in the past for therapies and treatments that didn't make a bit of difference, so the 500+ I spent for the whole tamale is only a fraction of what I've spent over my 43 years of life. Let your desperation turn to hope as you work the program. Brian.
