Either none of us are crazy or we all are.

I get weepy and teary eyed very easily myself. My father died when I was 10 years old and I hardly cried, now at 41 I cry watching silly commercials.

I think it would be a dream come true if my moods have been affected by my hormones. Because if I can get through a round of the right pills, I would love to think I would feel better.

About 20 years ago I had the same problem of reoccurring cysts and pelvic infections. I ended up having to have a hysterectomy.
Anyway, I think you definitely have PMS, but possibly depression along with it. I don't think the PMS will go away completely, but I would bet that you will be SO much beter once you get the right pills. You sound very positive and that's a big plus. Keep up the good work!

Oh I am pushing the positivity to it's limits. I hope hope hope that this new round of pills alleviates some of the problems. Just something taking the edge off will put me back on the right track.

It has been a huge inconvenience in my life. Along with reoccuring pain and unpredictable periods, I have to dress for "just in case." I've ruined so many clothes. It's not been easy...but my the new specialist I'm seeing is so strong and straightforward. She asked if I could stick with her for three months? And I said yes I can do it! So, three months from Sunday -- when I started my new pills -- we will hopefully see a difference?

Keep everyones fingers crossed.

i have to add that without this program, I don't know how I could have made it through this last year. Thank goodness for this and everyone here.

Much Love
Lilsis

I have similiar issues. Have they checked you for PCOS? Most doctors will only put you on birth control for that but I've read using natural progestrin and glucophage (it's a diabetic drug) will really help with that. My ob/gyn will only use glucophage if I'm trying to get pregnant and my other doctor would prescribe but he doesn't believe I have PCOS!! Anyhow good luck, I've been there and not sure how my husband deals with it.

Heather... when you ask about PCOS do you think glucophage helps??? I'm not trying to get pregnant but was diagnosed w/ PCOS. Funny part is.. from what I read, I don't think I have it BUT I KNOW that my hormones are DEF. "out of whack!!" and play a HUGE roll w/ anxiety!

They have checked EVERYTHING. I'm just a cystic person, apparently. I really don't have a family history that we can go on because I am the oldest female in my family that hasn't had a child. I'm 30. So my mom and sister had already had children by my age...and my doctor says that cysts are affecting more women who are older and haven't had children.

It is nothing serious and my doctor is NOT going to take my ovaries or uterus...we talked about that last time. She is very positive we can get this worked out -- and I believe her. (for now)
