I am having a hard time staying on track with the program I feel I am falling behind I should be on week like four and I am still on week one. Has anyone had this problem?

i've had this problem too. It's not that i don't want to change and try to help myself, it's just hard to be motivated sometimes. I know what you mean. But don't put yourself down because you're not doing it "perfectly". As long as you are giving it your best effort then don't worry about it. I'm not even close to finishing but I know some people still do a lot of reviewing so taking your time isn't a big deal..Good luck!

True. I haven't used the program since last year November, started in June, and I have the very last session to go. Around that time, however, I was overwhelmed with school, exercise, and other stuff, and never really got around to it. Recently, I lacked motivation. Now, I logged on here, checking posts, which I haven't done in a while, and when I get the time (new semester just started), I hope to do Sess 15.

Just pace yourself. Doesn't have to be traditional one-week time frame. Different results for different people.

Hi there!
Just a bit of my experience. I bought the program and didn't touch it for a month. I guess I was gathering my energy anyway I finished session 1 three weeks after starting it. Now Im trying to finish session 2 on saturday which will actually be one week. If I was going to give advice to someone I would say that as long as you are getting through the material and putting in effort on a consistant basis your good. We all have time constraints but hey we bought this program to use it. if you take too much time you loose your momentum and then it seems like a chore. Above all remain hopefull and have faith in this program and yourself.
