Good Days Supplement
I finally was able to order the program and excited for it to get here. When I ordered, there is a 30 day supply of Good Days supplement that I couldn't opt out of. I'm curious if anyone has tried these supplements or really knows anything about them? I do take a few choice supplements on my own but as a general rule don't like to supplement unless I really need to.
Shif.
If you don't like something change it; if you can't change it, change the way you think about it.

Hi- I just completed the 30 day positive mood formula and thought it really helped. I paid for and received the good days complete and I think the omega 3 makes me a little jiggy. This happen when I tried other omega 3 pills also. Anyone have that problem?
How about the positve mood formula? is it still working for you.
Thanks

Hmmm...not sure if that would be omega 3, as it's a fat and fat usually makes you feel tired. There may be something else in there that makes you a bit jiggly, if you mean buzzy or active?
But you say that it's happened with other Omega 3 supps? I'm wondering if it's a food combining thing - if you are taking it with anything sweet like fruit or anything with sugars in it, it might cause the sugars to stay in your system longer since fat absorbs very slowly, so you might experience a buzziness from the sugar levels rising in your blood.
I didn't end up using it, there was some ingredient I didn't want to take, but can't remember what it was...
Last week I did take something called "Happy Camper" for some anxiety I had. I really liked it, but since there was caffeine in there, I just took it for the week. I have a ton of it left over and it's nice to have it around just in case. Vitacost.com has a great price on this supplement.
Happy Camper made me feel very good and mellow and kind of in a "I don't care" mood, like nothing really could bother me!
