Hello everyone . Im new here . Im doing the program again . I didn't finish it the last time I tried and I need support to keep me focused . Ive had panic attacks and agoraphobia for 18 years now . Im tired of living like this . It seems everything frightens me . I have some health issues that I cant take care of because there are no doctors nearby who can treat me and I cant travel the 30 miles to see someone who can . I need help . My depression is almost crippling at times . I feel helpless and hopeless .

Melissa, I had panic & agoraphob. too and this program put a stop to that. Theirs lots of people here to give support and common symptoms. The forums are a good resource of info. and check out the mini-chat to chat with people from all over with similar situations. welcome to the program and good luck.

Melissa, Its not just your chat its the website. I think their working on it, I hope they get it fixed soon
