I'm back
Dear hey:
I am back too ! I have not posted here since 2012 ? I am looking forward to sharing some of my life experiences that I have collected along the way towards my recovery from Major Depression and Anxiety. During the past three months I have learned a lot and I have had the pleasure to meet so many fantastic people that have inspired and encouraged me. But most of the credit I give to myself, because without strength and perseverance I would not be where I am today. I did not think that I had what it would take to actually help myself feel better. But I DO !
