Does anyone feel like their always "checking"?

I AM PAST MENOPAUSE BUT THOSE HOT FLASHES WERE AWFUL! I hope you never get them. Some women don't. This depression has gotten me down bad this year. I think I haven't fully adjusted to retirement and being home with my husband who retired 3 years ago can get on your nerves. I know I need INVOLVEMENT but in what. I know what you mean about no interest. It's awful to have to push yourself to get up. But, I think about my grand kids....they are a blessing. Make me smile. But when they grow up...........see, I am already worrying about them not wanting to be around Grandma! Ugh!
Hang in there. Sorry about the health problems. I'm getting more each day but nothing serious yet.

My sister said the exact same thing about her grandkids today in an e-mail that she sent to me .
