Lately, I have been experiencing a...... like "Out-of-It" feeling and I don't know what to think of it! I'm not sure what it is and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this what did you do about it??
Thanks!

Re: Weird Feeling
I do get that feeling from time to time. Sometimes more so than others. I think I recall hearing on my 1st time trying the program, that it is actually a "defense" mechanism. Our anxieties can bring this out. It's been a while and I haven't gotten to that session this time around. I would just treat it more as a anxious eppisode and try to bring yourself down that way or tell yourself it's ok and float with it.

Re: Weird Feeling
i totally know that feeling. it is just your mind setting up a defense mechanism to kind of "shut down" a bit so it doesn't get overloaded. don't be afraid of it. you are ok. it will go away eventually, so just float with it. don't be afraid of it, it's nothing to be afraid of.
Re: Weird Feeling
This sounds like an anxious episode or a panic attack.
I started to have panic attacks a few years ago and I
had no idea what was going on. I actually ended up,
more than once, in the emergency room at the hospital
because I felt like I was having a heart attack or something!
It took me quite a while to learn what was going
on and that I did not have to be afraid, that
the body symptoms would be uncomfortable but
there was no danger. It always passes.
If you feel there is a real medical reason for your
recent feelings, it would be best for you to
see your doctor to get it checked out.
