I JUST POSTED ABOUT MY DIZZY HEAD. I FEEL JUST LIKE YOU I THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS WRONG IN MY HEAD. BUT IT GOES AWAY. THEN COMES BACK,MY EAR DR SAYS THERE IS NOTHING WRONG IN MY EARS TO CAUSE THIS.SO I GUESS IT'S MY ANXIETY. IT'S SUCH A BOTHER BECAUSE I CAN'T DO VERY MUCH WHEN THIS IS GOING ON.

Don't worry, it's one of the most annoying anxiety symptoms ever! I've had it for many years. I've learned not to let it bother me. It goes away with the anxiety, just like the other symptoms.

Yes, deedee is right. I had dizziness too and was checked out by a world-renowned ear doc. Everything checked out fine. It is the anxiety. When I get it, it helps to do relaxation exercises.
